Please fill out the following form to request lodging accommodations at a
nearby parish for the diaconate ordination. Note: Some parishes
may provide meals, while others may not.
After you submit the form, I will work
with nearby parishes to accommodate you. When I have successfully done
so, I will email you the pastor/parochial vicar's name, parish address and
telephone number so that you may work with them directly. They will be
happy to have you!
